Need to prepare a document, fast, in a fuss free environment?

Sense Professional more than doubles Sense Personal capabilities by providing two Screens with a cross-screen document share option.

With specialized Merge and Viewpoints features, Sense Professional stretches document editing to a new level of versatility.

SCREENS

Each Screen is a self-contained Edit Environment with two highly synchronized edit panes:

• Browser Workspace on the left for structural editing and navigation.
• Edit Workspace on the right for text editing.

Separate documents may be opened in each screen or a single document shared across both Upper and Lower Screens.

A wide range of editing flexibility is provided with:

• Content, Outline and ScratchPad Views ,
• Cultural Independenance for Multilingual Editing ,
• Lower Screen Hide and
• Browser Workspace Hide

Coupled with ViewPoint and Merge capabilities, many documents may be referenced and edited simultaneously within the context of the two Screens.

VIEWPOINTS

ViewPoints is a Lower Screen view opened when Document Sharing between Screens.

ViewPoints may be:

• Working Document Material.
• External Sense Documents or Part Documents.
• Opened (Hoisted) singly or in multiple for Highly Focused Editing .
• Categorized into Expandable / Collapsible Labelled Hierarchies .
• Directory Searched using Category based Keywords .
• Used to Minimize Clutter Typically Associated with Multi-document Editing.

MERGE

A Merge is a document reference to material that:

• Is used to build a larger Working Document from smaller manageable parts.
• May be Whole or Part External Sense Document.
• May be Insitu-Edited .
• Is Culturally Independent allowing Seemless Multilingual Editing.
• Adopts the Working Document Style including List and Paragraph Styles .
• May be Expanded and Collapsed.
• May exist within ViewPoints .

PLUGINS AND TOOLS

Free Import / Export Plugins are available for a selection of file types:

• RTF Plugin for document transfer including List and Paragraph Styles with Microsoft Word and Open Office.
• Text Plugin to create a new Outline document according to Tab or Space Indents.
• OPML Plugin for using Sense Professional as an OPML Editor.

Sense Professional is also recommended for use with both the Sense Website Maintenance and RSS Feed Creation tools providing a high level of user control and flexibility within a freestyle editing environment.
